Interdependence - Velocity - Complexity

Don't ignore compexity, make it irrelevant.

Indeed, based on my personal experience in working or collaborating - since the early 80's - with many organisations in FMCG, Telecoms, Supply Chain, Research, Advertising, Consulting etc, I have seen time and again some Key Success Factors that never changed. They always help in making good decisions and fast. Here are some examples especially in complex and interconnected business: the ability to have a birds-eye view of any situation, analytical skills, access to relevant and current information, the ability to learn fast from past experience and of course, efficient and effective resource management.
I have found that the i4cu philosophy in approaching and managing information as organisational assets on a timeline, helped me to transform daily transactions with external and internal stakeholders and customers. It helped me to transition from working with flat, boring and time-consuming business systems to an asset-based environment that makes sense to me and my team. It is the first time that we are working with ease and naturally within our knowledge pool and without ‘fitting’ the IT systems.
Give it a try and you will see how transformative it is. Push i4cu to its limits and think of your business lines – not the computer! You will see how easily it will become your partner in decision making processes and customer's case management.
Enjoy the journey!
