Weniger, aber besser - Less but better. Also very true for Information Assets!

There is a beauty in simplicity. There is clarity, focus and hidden behind it, a lot of deep thinking. There is also respect and a lot of consideration.
Simplicity does not mean over-simplification! Equally completion does not mean complexity. We tend to believe that if something has everything, then it surely is complete. How wrong we are.
I am not going to wax lyrical about examples of beautiful simplicity although many whirl in my mind. There are plenty and all around us: art, mathematics, road signs (yes, they are so cleverly simple!), everyday objects and so on.
And then I look at my computer screen and my heart sinks! Programs, applications, menus, choices, options, links and a dozen ways to do the same thing float in front of me. Why? Why on earth do I have to access the same email from Outlook, from Teams, from the directory that my secretary saved it and another dozen locations that I am forgetting? And is this email the right one or have I received another one which changes everything? Madness!
i4cu fights this foolishness at its core and turns the tables to unnecessary complexity. i4cu brings only the important building blocks where they are needed: all your information assets, in front of you, on a timeline of the activity you are working on. Weniger, aber besser - Less but better!
Less because there is nothing more in front of you vying for your attention except what you really need for building a clear picture of your activity.
Better because you can reach an informed decision, be confident you fully understand the case you are working on and that you are not missing anything.
